How It Works
Laser-engraved leatherette patches offer a premium, durable alternative to traditional embroidered patches. These synthetic leather patches provide a high-end look with a sharp, detailed engraving that reveals a contrasting underlayer. Perfect for hats, jackets, bags, and uniforms, they combine rugged durability with a sleek aesthetic.
Step 1
Your logo or artwork is converted into a high-contrast digital file, ensuring the laser accurately etches the design into the leatherette surface.
Step 2
A precision laser burns away the top layer of the leatherette, revealing the underlying color. The patch edges can also be laser-cut for clean, custom shapes.
Step 3
Once engraved and cut, the patch is either heat-pressed or sewn onto the desired garment, ensuring a secure and long-lasting bond.
